On Aug.3 ^th - 5^th 2018, Kungfu Sci-tech mid-term operation meeting and league construction training camp are held successfully in Lao Qing Xiang ecology farm, Nanchang county. On the night of Aug.3th, all managements and part of sales and administrative staffs attend mid-term operation meeting. The meeting is chaired by general manager Mr Yu Yeguo.

The early stage of the meeting, each leader respectively reports the first half of 2018 year’s performance such as job advance, goal achievement, the strategy, business collaboration and the second half of 2018 year’s key work plan. And then sales department, R&D department, and alternator factory respectively gives designated special report. After hearing relevant work report, general manager Mr Yu Yeguo summarizes the first half of 2018 year’s overall job performance and comments each departments’ work report, and deploys next step’ key work. At last, the company's chairman Mr Hong Xiaohua concludes the topic of “concentrating on goals, assuming responsibility, team collaboration, another brilliant”, and requests each department to seek progress in stability, work in unity and cooperation, and should bear the customer in mind, has brand awareness and quality consciousness.   

From Aug.4^th to Aug.5^th , it conducts outward bound league construction training camp. This activity plays a very important role in enhancing Kungfu enterprise team's cohesive force, good communication between team members, and makes a good foundation for unit cohesion.
