On Aug. 23th, Jiangxi provincial government convenes private enterprise symposium. Deputy Secretary-General of Jiangxi Provincial Committee attends the meeting and makes the statement instead of provincial governor Mr Yi Lianhong. The meeting is run by the vice governor of Jiangxi province Mr Wu Xiaojun，and the provincial CPPCC Vice Chairman and the chairman of Jiangxi province Federations of Industry & Commerce Mr Lei Yuanjiang attends the meeting.
